Meet Jon

Jon Mok

Jon is a Group Director of User Experience for Critical Mass, working between both the Toronto and New York offices. Jon began his career as an Industrial Engineer in the oil & gas industry and, after four years, transitioned his passion for making/building into a career of digital design; he’s been at it for nearly a decade since.

Over the past 7 years with Critical Mass, Jon has brought his attention to detail and dedication to his craft & team, in working with clients such as Marriott, Infiniti, Adidas, Sears, Clorox, Brita, SAP, the House of Anansi and Citibank. His most recent achievements include leading user experience initiatives for the Cannes Lions-winning Massey iPad app, and newly redesigned mobile banking app for Citibank US.
